3 pounds bone-in chicken parts
3 tablespoons oil
1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Mix bread crumbs and Seasoning in shallow dish. Brush chicken with oil. Coat with crumb mixture. Place chicken, skin-side up, in foil-lined baking pan.
2. Bake 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, turning once.
